SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDER OVER $50!

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. If that's not a reason to start shopping, we don't know what is! 

U.S. SHIPPING

Shipping is only available within the United States. If you are using standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. 

If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@madelyjaymesboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order (including a photo), and we will happily send a new item or issue a refund.

Madely Jaymes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address, or for any shipping delays due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be unworn with tags still on
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please email hello@madelyjaymesboutique.com with your order number and the item you wish to return (must be unworn with tags on).
  2. We will then create and send a digital shipping label to be placed on the box and given to the courier. 

Additional Information:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, at which point your refund will be initiated.
